ReadyNAS Surveillance 1.1.2 Live View and Playback windows black; broken by FW update?

ReadyNAS RN104.  I installed the ReadyNAS survelliance app and was fairly pleased with it in demo (1 camera) mode.  A bit of extra work to get the Java to work with various browsers, but otherwise fine.  Playback worked and I was able to find specific events and play them back.

I then noticed that interesting had happened in front of the camera, and went back to the Surveillance app to see what had occurred, but the live view and recording tabs were black.  I tried it again with different browsers and O/S's (windows, OSX, Linux) with identical results.

Thinking this might have been due to a recent FW update to 6.9.2, I updated to 6.9.3.  Same black output screens.

I did note that the pages were generating an error on the console: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) on http://reddynas:5100/csrf.js?i=0511

The admin page itself loads fine and does not get this 404 error.

Any thoughts or comments from others using this app sucessfully would be appreciated.

    Hi dye,

Do you see any image when you connect directly to the camera?

    Regards,

Yes, the camera is behaving normally when accessed directly from its web interface.

I had live view and event playback working on several different browsers/OSs.  Now, the playback image windows are just black.  Somewhere in between 2 FW updatss, something happened.  The console 404 error is the only thing indicating any sort of an error.

        Hi dye,

Were you able to provide the logs and the screenshot? You may just provide it to us so we can further investigate this.
