- v1.3.2.4 has been released to production
http://support.netgear.com/product/RNNVR01L-1000S - EKroboterApprenticeI can't install this version, it says only Debian (.deb) packages are supported.
- If you are running a ReadyNAS OS 6 unit, you can install and upgrade the Surveillance app directly from the Apps tab within the local GUI. Available tab to install. Installed tab to see status and upgrade.
- EKroboterApprenticeThanks Jabba, the Update button was't available until recently, now updating to v.1.4.0-41
- ca1nInitiateany support yet for Foscam?
(there's an update idea/suggestion :D ) - There is no plan to support Foscam yet.
- fabien007AspirantIs netgear surveillance app evolution over?
Actually, I recently purchased RN102 specifically for surveillance reasons, I (apparently wrongly) assumed that most common IP cams were supported.
I own a heden visioncam v2.2 (also known as CAMHED04IPB), apparently a clone of FOSCAM FI8908W FI8918W FI8910W cams.
Basic support (no need of PTZ or fancy features such as audio, just motion detection and notification) would really be much appreciated.
Thank you!
Regards - GGITechApprenticeI too am trying to configure a camera not on the list (eScam) which does support ONVIF NVR Systems.
The list is long and I really don't want to try them all.
Any hints? Close brand to use, and put in the port? - GGITechApprenticeI figured it out....but now my issue is, with fiddle screwing with hung OS, support to un-screw it (thanks they were a great help), new versions, add and remove the app, we spent 40 days screwing with it since this is not my full time job...
Now I can only add one camera and not even test the 4 cameras.....
Anyway I can total remove the app and it does not allow me to test 4 cameras...
Any ideas?
Does anyone even read this? - GGITechApprenticeDid a full factory restart, deleted the volume, and then re-created.
Still it only allows for a single camera....thus I can't test.
Assume it is based on serial number of the NAS...
Too bad I sent so much time sorting out firmware issues that I lost my trial period.
Sucks....timemachine and cameras was the primary reason for puchase.....and now half of that I can't even test.
Guess I should have troubleshooted the admin gui not coming up when it first happened over a month ago....
