ReadyNAS Surveillance adding D Link Caera

Hi Guys,

New to Netgear community !

I have Readynas 314 with Firmwire 3.8.0 

I've already activated 4 cameras License and trying to add D Link DCS 7010L bullet camera with no success. This camera is supported by Netgear surveillance. I tried following all the manuals provided but could not add the camera. 

I can search camera with Auto Search, can add it but the camera does not record or give the live view. 

Please help

      Hello Lsdalam,

       

      I saw that you already have an open case with CHAT support and it was unclear what happened with the troubleshooting.

       

      Can you post what you see on the ReadyNAs Surveillance settings? Show if the camera is listed and what you see in the Live View section.

        Hi Guys,

        I had communication with chat support and spent more than an hour online but of no use. The person who was trying to resolve asked to update the surveillance application on the ReadyNAS and restart the chat to continue. I'll contact them within a couple of days as they are only available during working hours and working days. So far, I can see the view from iPhone Netgear surveillance app when on the same network. But no live or playback view on the computer. Even, I don't know if the camera is recording or only live view and if it is recording then where!
