Readynas Surveillance Data / Files - Where are they?

I have a Readynas os6 with 6.2.4 firmware (both a 102 and 104) and cannot find the files / database for the Surveillance data.  Logging into the front-end (http) or CIFS, I can't see any folders or hidden files for the data.  Where are the files so I can do some clean-up and remove old data?  The NVR (readynas surveillance software) shows "firmware 1.1.1".  Thanks!

    Hi CmdrData,

Files can be managed using the ReadyNAS Surveillance desktop app. You can get it here.

  • What he's trying to say, is that you can't access the files at all on your readynas, period.

The only (and best) way to get the files off of the server is to open up the playback and then find the video you want, play it, cue in and cue out, and then export that clip of video at high resolution.

I've done it countless times, but I can't find the files on my readynas without the playback server.
