I am using latest version on ie and chrome. I will have a read of that manual. I couldn't find any documentation anywhere so have been working on trial and error. It is working, just only through the mobile app, which is limited compared to the full admin page on the browser. Without the video streaming working properly in the browser things are pretty useless.

Hi, yes I read page 70. None of this seems to work on my browser. I think something somewhere is stopping the required plug in running. I think once the video is displayed everything else will work too.

Can you try using lower version of IE? 8-10, I guess.

I tried to install ie9 last night but it said it's not compatible with windows 7. I imagine it won't let me downgrade to ie 10 though either.

Downgraded to ie10 by uninstalling ie11 update in windows update. Still same, just a black window.
