Hmm.... You can't install sparc add-ons on a v2 platform, because the v2 platform is arm.
What firmware are you running? If it is 4.1.x then you have a v1 platform. If it is 5.3.x then you have a v2 platform.

Correction to my previous request i have a DUO V1 rns2000.
Please advise how to get a remote connection out of it.
The remotenas doesnt work.

MS2000? That would be a Stora, not a ReadyNAS Duo v1.
