I installed the add-on from the add-on page, however, when I go to logon using the default credentials of admin/netgear1 it doesnt work (states its invalid). Netgear online support has been less than...
I have found that Surveillance sometimes "thinks" that you have the keyboard in capslock and enters the password in this mode - of course you can not tell. Try entering NETGEAR1 (in caps) to see if this has happened
