Session is Expired message

I seem to have an issue with my Public Guest Settings.

The link worked initially but now when im trying to access either the Album url or Album list url im constantly getting a Session is Expired message.

The Private link sent out by invitation is fine.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks
Nigel

  • As photographer, if you click on the invitation link, your photographer session will expire and you will need to re-login.
  • Hi, thanks for your reply.

I'm getting the session timeout message when trying to access the public link so login shouldn't be required.

Any idea why this would be happening?

    Thanks
    Nigel
  • Same story here. Attempting to login to my public URL with Safari on an iphone. Brings up the album list but as soon as i try to click into one it expires the session.
  • Thanks for the report guys. I think we should have a fix for this in our next update.
  • I'm having the same issue. When the new version update is releasd can you just install over the top? Or do you have to backup photos and restore them all?

You can simply install the update over the top when it's released. The update's designed to update your Photos II database, fix bugs, add new features etc.

Of course you should backup your photos regularly anyway if the ReadyNAS is the primary storage for them, as RAID is not a backup. Have a read of Preventing Catastrophic Data Loss

I still get this error message with v1.0.6

I am also getting the same error message when clicking on "Start Sharing Photos" and haven't been able to do anything so far.
I am also using the latest version 1.0.6.
