What is Accessing My RN10200 Hard Drives?
The hard drives in my RN10200 seem to be running very often. I use the RN10200 to back up my PC. I can hear the drives being accessed often throughout the day. I have confirmed that it is not my sche...

Looks like 6 spinups in 140 minutes. Though 5 had a short spindown duration. I've seen similar stuff, the question is what is triggering the activity. There's not an easy way to tell from the logs.
But disk 1 is spinning more minutes than disk 2 (generally spinning up before disk 2). The system boots off of disk 1 normally, so that does suggest the OS is doing something.
One test you can do is to disconnect the NAS from the network when you aren't using it, and see if that calms the spinups.
