3TB HDDs for ReadyNas 2100?
Hello, any recommendation for 3TB HDDs? As I understand, the most important issues are low power consumption and hight MTBF, isn't? Therefore what drive will more suitable: - WD AV-GP WD30EURS ...

Anything from the Hard Disk HCL is suitable. Please, if you value your data, stick to this list.
In a 4-bay rackmount device such as the 2100, Rotational Vibration Safeguard (required on the 12 bay units) is strongly recommended.
If you wish to save a little on energy usage then low power consumption is good.
Higher MTBF (Mean Times Between Failure) the better for all drives, obviously.
