3TB HDDs for ReadyNas 2100?
Hello, any recommendation for 3TB HDDs? As I understand, the most important issues are low power consumption and hight MTBF, isn't? Therefore what drive will more suitable: - WD AV-GP WD30EURS ...

but WD30EZRS seems to be not more available and was replaced via WD30EZRX.
"Caviar Green" drives seems to be "Desktop" drives, not "Enterprice", like e.g. WD RE3 (500GB, inside of my RN-2100 now)...
and the highest capacity "Enterprice" WD seems to be 2TB - no any 3TB drives.. :(
but the new WD AV-GP seems to provide high MTBF (are suitable for 24/7 operation).
any idea, if it provides RVS and if a variable rotation speed will handicap the total performance?..
