The operating systems of the Sparc based and x-86 based units are incompatible as are the file systems. The only way is to either populate the new x-86 with disks and transfer the files over the network or back up the files, remove the disks from the NV+ add them to the x-86 based unit and do a factory default wiping the drive and installing the new OS.
BTW - the NVX (I have two) is a discontinued 32 bit system. I would suggest you consider either the Ultra 4 or Ultra 4 Plus (64 bit systems, consumer oriented) or possibly a Pro 4 (64 bit business oriented) system.
