One option would be to get a new ReadyNAS e.g. RN214 or RN314 and follow this procedure: ReadyNAS: Migrating disks from RAIDiator to OS 6
You would need some assistance from support. There would be some costs involved. - JennCNETGEAR Employee Retired
Hello qth,
You are from China? I don't think support can give or sell you a replacement for the power supply when you are from China. You might want to check online sellers such as Amazon, Ebay, etc. The part number is RND4PSU1-10000S. By the way, this is for ReadyNAS NV+ v1.

Do a search on "legacy power supply" and you'll find a post from me on adapting a Flex ATX supply to a Legacy 4-bay unit (including your NV+).
One caution not listed there because it was closed before I reliazed such supplies existed: Do not get a supply with two separate 12V busses. You cannot reliably just tie them together to add their capacity.
