Abrupt shutoff, loud fan noise
A few nights ago, I had a power surge and for some unknown reason my UPS didn't switch over to battery backup, and my ReadyNAS NV shut off abruptly. When I turned it back on, the fan was incredibly loud and has been so for a few days now. I turned it off and blew some dust out, but nothing is helping. It's louder than I've ever heard it before.

- Have you tried recalibrating the fan under Status > Health in Frontview?
- Thanks for the reply! Forgot to mention - that was the first thing I tried, about 10 hours ago. No change that I could detect.
- What's the RPM of the fan?
- 1875 RPM.
