WAX204 Wireless Radio Not Turning on After Scheduled Shutoff

I have my WAX204 operating in router mode and have it set to turn off the Wi-Fi radio during the nighttime hours. Every few months or so the radio does not turn on in the morning, so I have to go into the online setup and manually turn the radio on, which is a bit of an inconvenience since all my devices normally connect to the network wirelessly.  I have tried deleting the schedule in the online setup and making a new one but that does not make any difference.

    It was a long road that involved lots of emails back and forth with tech support, replacing my modem, and a technician from my ISP coming out, but in the end Netgear did a second RMA because of an issue I was having with the WI-FI radio sometimes not turning on after a forced reboot, requiring the radio to be manually turned on from within the device GUI.  I have had the second replacement now for about a week and a half and have not had any issues.  I must say that even though it was a slow process, all the support agents I worked with were very patient and easy to work with.  Thank you Netgear!

    Can you check what firmware do you currently have on your router/access point? If your device firmware is updated. I suggest you open a ticket with our support team so engineering could investigate about your issue and they might include a fix on the next firmware release.

      Thank you for the reply! The firmware is the latest available.  There have not been any new firmware releases for over three years.  The WAX204 went into EOL shortly after I bought it, but I still have a couple of months left on my warranty, so I will reach out to support as you suggested.
