I also recently replaced two Samsung HD154UI 1,5TB drives with two Seagate ST2000DL003 2TB drives (9VT166 model with CC32 firmware) in my Duo and I am also getting SATA reset messages suggesting RAID resync (the appear during each reboot) ever since.
However I am not sure if the issue is because of the new drives or new firmware because I upgraded from 4.1.7 to 4.1.8 the same day.
