Yes raidar gives green,i wrote that in my first post..so if i do a reset it will be ok?

I do recommend JBOD mode (two volumes, one for each disk).
A single 4 TB volume is possible, but fragile. If either disk fails, you lose everything. So it is even more important to maintain good backups if you use that.
