    X-RAID only handles a single volume, so you need to turn it off.  You'll then be able to select the SSD from the center graphic, and create a second volume.  Once you've confirmed that it works ok,  I suggest deleting that volume and then inserting the remaining disks.  Then select the disks, and create the RAID mode you want.

     

    The original volume won't be affected.
