You'll have to be more specific. What change did you make (previous and current settings)? What model ReadyNAS? What to the front display (if it has one) and RAIDAT say is it's IP address, and what is your computer's IP address?
As a complete guess given a lack of information, you may have set a static Ip address in the NAS and now have changed your network such that it's no longer on the same one. If your NAS has another port, try the other one and then the display or RAIDar to find the correct new (via DHCP) IP address.
