Anti Virus RN214

I recently puchased the above and started the Dropbox cloud feature, I now receive the following via email "Antivirus scanner found a threat (Win.Trojan.Agent-6027057-0) in the file /Tofinho/Dropbox/pjeIWcii.exe. Please delete the infected file soon", but when ssearching for the file I dont seem to be able to find it. I have OS 6.10.3 wilthis automatically delete the file?

No, you'll need to do that manually

How are you searching?  If you are using Windows, did you enable viewing of hidden and system files in file explorer?

Also, do you have any idea on where this file is coming from? (one of the PCs that is syncing to the dropbox folder is likely infected).
