Anybody using a 2TB+ USB Hard Drive for external backup?

Also I should note that our IT guru here told me "The reason why only 1Tb of 2Tb drive is recognized is because the ReadyNAS uses a Linux type file system and this particular implementation only supports a 1Tb partition. We may have to create two 1Tb partitions to use the space fully." I'm not sure but I'm thinking that when we initially set up our ReadyNAS 1100 there was an format option and we chose to use a Linux type file system. Not sure though it has been a while and I'm not very knowledgeable about such things so I will defer to our IT guy. Thanks for the response though -Eric
