Anybody using a 2TB+ USB Hard Drive for external backup?

It will depend on your ReadyNAS model I would assume.
I currently am using a 2TB external drive using a NexStar 3 (USB 2 + eSATA) enclosure (using the USB 2 port with the ReadyNAS Duo). The drive in the enclosure is a Seagate ST ST32000542AS. However I've used several different smaller drives in these enclosures over time and all have worked with the Duo and this enclosure.
