Netgear should host its own Jessie repo. Otherwise, people will come back asking the same question all the time. It is abusing your time.
An updated firmware should be made available to reflect all the changes happened lately.
And the OS 6.10.9 still not in the update server.

All they really need to do is apply Sandshark's patches to a hot fix (or to a 6.10.10).
FWIW, some of us are seeing some risk that in the future they will take down their current repos. I've used apt-mirror to gather all the repos (Debian and Netgear) onto my NAS.
