Well it is possible - the drives are identical, could even be from the same manufacturing lot, and are running in the same chassis so the environment and usage is identical too. Drive failures in raid arrays are often closely spaced (most of reliability predictions you google don't take the near-identical environment into account). So you should be making backups regularly.

Disk 2: Previous count: 108 Current count: 114 ATA error count has increased in the last day. Disk 3: Previous count: 108 Current count: 114 ATA error count has increased in the last day. Disk 4: Previous count: 108 Current count: 114 Growing SMART errors indicate a disk that may fail soon. If the errors continue to increase, you should be prepared to replace the disk.
it is possible that all the disks are damaged? are new, have 4 months...
ReadiNAS NV+ with Raidiator 4.1.8
Thanks
What drives are you using? Are they on the HCL? There was a similar problem a while back with the WD 2TB drives. Every time the NAS was booted up (or the drives came out of sleep) the ATA count went up a little, and was always identical on all four drives. That was fixed at some point with a RAIDiator update (don't recall exactly when), but it is conceivable you are seeing something similar. So if you have the sleep timer enabled (or are frequently rebooting the NAS) you might try leaving everything going 24x7 and see if the errors stop.
