Backup keeps failing

Hello

 

looking for some support i have a readynas 204 and i am tying to set up a backup from the readynas 204 to a readynas duo each time i run the back up it fails.

 

all the data is back up with no issues however its really bugging me that the back up says it failed. looking at the logs it says 

Backup Status: Fail: Destination is read-only or files/folders could not be created. Check if these files or folders meet the destination file system limitation.

Cannot create file '/job_001/MAIN//Phone/IMG_1394.JPG' (error: Not a directory)!

 

what i don't understand is the file above does not exist at all anywhere the above is just one exmple as there is a number of files i get the same mesasge on, so i can see why its failing to back up but why is it trying to back up files that are not there. i have tryied setting up the back up a few times and each time the same result.

 

can someone please help?
