If you have more than one gigabit ethernet user connected to the router (not via a switch) using the NAS simultaneously, then you might. But most users will not.
WiFi connections by themselves won't generate enough traffic. I see between 200-300 mbits download speeds from a nearby room (30-40 feet from the router).
On the other hand it does on harm to use it (unless you need the extra LAN port).
