Can no longer access my ReadyNAS RN214
Hello - I purchased an RN214 four bay NAS storage device in July 2019. It's been setup and running well since, but suddenly I can no longer access it. Could be a coincidence, but the timing aligns with me hiring a tech to update to a new Netgear Orbi Router (RBR850) that is running through my Xfinity router that is in Bridge mode. I can no longer access the NAS drive from my Finder, or via NetGear RAIDar application, or via Netgear ReadyCloud online. The technician cannot seem to figure it out and thinks that they NAS has a bad control board. I'm wondering if there is any other way to verify the issue and get to a solution. I have 7TB of data on this drive and really need to access it asap.
Any idea, solutions, comments are greatly welcomed. Many thanks.

The warranty is 3 years, so if you purchased new it should be covered. I suggest going to support.netgear.com and request an RMA.

I agree that going to Netgear for a unit in warranty is your best option.
If RAIDar is unable to find the NAS, then that eliminates a lot of potential network set-up issues. RAIDar uses a different protocol than standard. But you could plug the NAS directly into the Mac and see if RAIDar finds it that way. You won't be able to access anything unless you make an IP address change on the Mac, but it'll help you determine if it's the NAS or your network. Also, try it connected directly both with and without drives. If it shows up without drives but not with, then it's an OS issue, not a hardware one.
