Can't access admin panel (ReadyNAS 102)

The OS and data are saved to the disk that is inserted to the ReadyNAS chassis. Without any disks, it is useless, you will not be able to access its admin page. SSH is also disabled by default so if you want to access it via SSH, you need to get to the admin page first then enable it from there. The Telnet access is designed for engineering and L3 support.

First of all thanks for fast reply. I have opened support request as suggested.
I am using RAIDar 6.0. When disks are removed state says - no disks installed. But still no access from browser and power led is blinking, no firmware version status either. With disks RAIDar it tries to install them for hours (I waited 8) with no resault, also tried with one disk seperetly and diffrent slots (here waited only 1-2 hours). Anyway I think I should have access to admin in browser at least I suppose it should work with or without disks.
It is small 3 people company ... just like home ;).
What disks are you using (specific model)? Was the unit up and running before, or is this the initial install?

Many customers don't see the home/business split the same way as Netgear. (Home users buy RN500 series, and small business will buy RN100). But Netgear does organize support using their classifications. Availability of weekend support, etc. differs for the "home" models.
It is initial install. First I simply powered it on, checked ip on router and was about to connect to admin panel through browser. I couldn't connect so I powered it off, installed formatted disks from my old NAS (2x Samsung HD503HI)) and left it overnight after initializing format through RAIDar. In the morning (today) the disks wasn't initialized so I tried diffrent combinations with one drive in diffrent slot without success. I will have 2 new WD RED 1 TB drives on tuesday (which are on compability list, so one uncertainty will be out). Anyways what i fail to understand is why I can't access admin panel without discs (or login through ssh, only telnet asks for login - I assume root, but don't know the pass). Are all the admin tools installed on discs from internal memory and only then NAS is accessible through browser? It would be some sort of answer and possibly the solution will arrive with new disks, strange but it is only logical solution I can think of if NAS is working properly. Anyways I talked with my local hardware provider and he is willing to exchange my unit on monday so hopefully my problem will be solved this way or as mentioned above by using diffrent discs on tuesday.
I am aware of companies diffrent aproach towards company/home products support. Still I am using more than one netgear hardware and always assumed it as trustworthy and was a bit shocked about possible out of box malfunction.

Looks like whole problem is because of my lack of knowledge of how it works (your message made it all clear) and a fact that I should leave ReadyNas 102 in box before new drives arrive... now it is clear that no matter what I will not initiate my old drives (for now my PC wiith server software has to stay on as a teporary NAS :) ). Thanks for Your time and patience (both StephenB and JennC). Looks like my case should be fully solved on tuesday. Best regards.
