Can't add storge to readycloud

When I am adding my storage to readycloud, the system always returns an error message "user name or password is invalid"

 

But when I am using the same password to logon to readycloud, it works fine.

 

Can anyone help me on this problem?

    What is the FW version of your ReadyNAS? Take note of the case sensitivity of the username too.
