Are you running 4.2.x firmware or have you converted the NAS to OS-6?
FWIW, RAIDar should be telling you the firmware. Current versions are
- 4.2.31
- 6.10.8 (if you converted).

If you are using 4.2.x firmware, have you checked that the PC has the SMB 1/CIFS client enabled? Do this by going into "turn windows features on or off".
Does entering \\nas-ip-address in the File Explorer Address bar give you access from Explorer? (using the real NAS IP address of course).
