You can do an OS Re-install using the boot menu to reset the admin password.
You can update to 6.6.1 using these instructions: ReadyNAS OS 6: RN100/RN2120 cannot update due to invalid checksum

Finaly I finded this advice:

OK you need to perform a OS Re-install as shown on Page 19 here
This will reset the user login//password to the default values.
These are:
Login: admin
Password: password
It will also change some of your Internet protocol settings to defaults
DO NOT perform a Factory Default as it will delete all of your data
And it helped fix all my problems.
