Case #16884902 (Variable FAN SYS Speed on Power Up. Normal?)

Ok,

It has now bee about one week since my case has been escalated to Level 3 and no word yet from any of the Engineers. My patience is wearing thin!

My PRO 6 is sitting turned off in my office and I am seriously considering cancelling my order for another PRO 6 for our other office.

Can any moderators see into why this is taking so long.
