Hi Slise,
When it finally boots up, did it display any information on its LCD screen? Pressing the power button would help display its info. Last option you can do is to perform OS Reinstall (steps are found here).

Maybe try removing the network cable from the NAS; rebooting the router; and then reconnecting that cable first.
Is the PC you are running RAIDar on using WiFi or ethernet?
As mdgm says, and OS reinstall will reset the IP address, but won't resolve other possibilities like an full OS partition. (Neither will my suggestion btw).
