Did you look in the Windows credentials manager of your PC?
The idea is to remove any credentials there for the NAS, and to create new ones using a username/password for an account on the NAS. The NAS admin account can be used if you have no user accounts there.

I checked the credential manager in PC with Windows 7. There are no entries. In the TV rather I not find. With the creation of the credentials of the IP, admin / password - still without effect.
The administrator page 'Shares> Shares' change protocols folders possible for SMB and DLAN - no effect.
Changes in the 'Network>Links' on Statick / Using DHCP - without effect.
By the administrator page I can create folders, copy files to them. But I can not download it.
Login to admin page affected by the RAIDar successful. The 'Browse' or 'View' in RAIDar opens only Windows Explorer on the 'My Documents' (PC folder), no storage.
I can call the device with IP on the local network, but open only the administrator page (in IE, FF or Chrome), no storage.
The device on the network seen as a multimedia device, but it is not possible to open the library device.

But the drive letter procedure I posted earlier works, correct?
What happens if you enter \\nas-ip-address in windows file explorer?
- machefiNov 09, 2016Aspirant
When calling \\ nas-ip-address (or \\nas-ip-address) in windows file explorer appears Windows (my translation) "Network Error. Windows can not access \\100.100.100.100. Check the spelling of the name. It is also possible that there is a problem with network. To try to identify and resolve network problem, click Diagnose. Error code: 0x80004005. Unknown error. " Possible 'Diagnose' displays the message: "The specified device or resource does not accept the connection." From another file manager to answer the call: "Path not found."
