Console cable recommendations

That one is 3.3V, which I believe is the correct level for your NAS. Some earlier ones use 5V. Netgear has not documented this well. As to how well it will work with the host computer, I can't say, as it notably doesn't mention Windows 10 or 11. But one of the comments does mention a Windows 10 driver that worked.
