this is the 'master' device
the other devices that are plugged into the same UPS (but not by usb), you can go to frontview > system > power > ups configuration > enable monitoring of ups physically attached to remote readynas > ip of 'master' readynas (the one with the USB plugged into UPS).
That is very true. I have a UPS connected to my backup NVX (192.168.1.202) and my primary NVX (192.168.1.201) monitors it (although I have not tested it, but hovering over the UPS icon in RAIDar on 201 displays the status of the UPS). However, the you must also enable sharing of the connection by listing the hosts enabled to monitor the connection. This is where I run into problems with my NV+ (203) for when I try to add the IP of the NV+ (192.168.1.203) in addition to the primary NVX (201) address, it is not accepted.
Since the NV+ is a partial second backup and temporary file storage, it does not have a high priority.
The problem I had is why I asked if the OP was trying to share the connection with one additional NAS (which I was successful with) or more than 1 (which I was not successful with).
