I did contact them and they told me to first try find help here.
i have: rnd2000v2 ARM processor.
i did have a support time age for another issue and they told me the model was as above.
So what can i do?

It is a v2 with an expired warranty.
One possibility would be a full 4GB root volume, there are others.
Since you have irreplaceable photos on the NAS that are not stored on any other device you may wish to purchase a support contract.
