Crown 120mm 12v Fan Dead

Hi All, I have a wonderful 8 year old ready NAS ultra 6 that until today was working perfectly. The main fan which is a 120mm 12v 0.38A 3 pin CROWN AGE12025B12M has finally given up the ghost. I have blown it out with air and checked the bearing and it looks fine, it just won't power up anymore. Tried to recalibrate but to no avail. So my question is what is a worthy replacement, as I've found it difficult to find the same type outside of the US.

    The Noctua NF-S12A FLX will work, I have one in my Pro-6 and have had no issues with it.
