Dead NV+
I have 5 NV+, and 2 ReadyNAS Pro. One of the NV+ is completely dead, won't turn on. How do I go about diagnosing it? Dead PSU? I am in Hong Kong. Thanks.
You might be right,I guess you need create RMA process for dead PSU,but first you may need to contact support center to confirm the problem.
