Dead NV+

I have 5 NV+, and 2 ReadyNAS Pro. One of the NV+ is completely dead, won't turn on. How do I go about diagnosing it? Dead PSU? I am in Hong Kong. Thanks.

Thanks. In the meantime, I have a spare NV+ Chassis. Can I simply plug the discs from the dead NV+ into this spare chassis?
