Dead NV+
I have 5 NV+, and 2 ReadyNAS Pro. One of the NV+ is completely dead, won't turn on. How do I go about diagnosing it? Dead PSU? I am in Hong Kong. Thanks.

Is your spare chassis running the same firmware as the dead NV+? If not, I would use a spare disk to update the firmware on the spare unit to at least as new as what was on the dead unit.
