Dead NV+
I have 5 NV+, and 2 ReadyNAS Pro. One of the NV+ is completely dead, won't turn on. How do I go about diagnosing it? Dead PSU? I am in Hong Kong. Thanks.

I don't know about overseas. The Netgear Store carries them, I don't know about international transactions and shipping. Another opportunity is Amazon, but again, this is the US site, and I don't know if they do international transactions and shipping. If Amazon has a web site for your area, you might search the site for the PSU.
Also, depending on the age of your NV+, it might still be under warranty as mentioned before. In the interim, you could put the drives in your spare chassis as previously mentioned.
