Dead NV+

I have 5 NV+, and 2 ReadyNAS Pro. One of the NV+ is completely dead, won't turn on. How do I go about diagnosing it? Dead PSU? I am in Hong Kong. Thanks.

    I just bought the PSU on Amazon and will ship it to HK via a forwarding service. I need to 'solve' the issue ASAP...
