Device Communication Error: ReadyClould temporarily lost communication #26344390

I just tried to discover my new NAS but I always get a device communication error. If I try to login to the admin page through the offline installation I can't login too (username...
Through the offline installation you would use the username "admin" (no quotes). You could try the default password too if your one doesn't work.
If you can access RAIDar you could try downloading the logs using that (note it would need to accept your credentials for this to work).
If you can download the logs please send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).
