Plex is available for Ultra & Pro models and the most recent version adds DLNA server support including transcoding in addition to the proprietary method used.
However, the processing power needed to support transcoding (and therefore the most applicable NAS to select) will be heavily dependent on the media you are trying to stream. Check the forum for more info as there are many posts related to this
