Drives/Volume inactive #25827208

I have a RN104.  The unit started to disconnect using iSCSI with Windows 10.  Had to repeatly reboot NAS box.  Finally it never came back up and failed boot.  Pulled drives and was able to bring unit back up, but now the unit no longer see Volume.  Says it is inactive.  How can I make active and get to my data?

    So you have no backup?

You should follow up with support on this one. They would need a contract in place to look into this.

I would suggest work with L3 Tech Support and have Dev take a look.
