duo v2 AC adaptor hiss / high frequency noise
Hi,
I have just purchased a Duo v2, and the AC adaptor is hissing.. The noise is kind of a high frequecy sound. It is getting higher after the AC adapter is attached to wall socket (UPS is my case). The strange is my old Duo v1 also next to this new Duo v2, and still completely silent - no noise at all. What should I do with this? I have bought Duo v2 to replace a 3 times replaced Hitachi Touro, and I have spent on postage and packaging for the original price of that. Can I somehow avoid that with this AC adapter?

- Please call NetGear support (http://www.readynas.com/support) and edit the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in the thread) to include your case/RMA number. Post updates on your progress with support in this thread.
- this noise only comes, when NAS is off, but the adapter is plugged into the AC.
