Duo V2 odd network behavior

I reckon from your description it's clear that the problem is with the D-Link "green" switch.

And, yet, it works with every other device connected to it, including other ReadyNASes. So, no, the problem clearly does not lie solely with the switch. It is an interaction between the two devices.
