Duo won't power on
Hi,
I have a Netgear Duo that will not power on when I turn it on. For a few months it would mysteriously turn off on occassion and I thought someone was accidentally turning it off but now I suspect its power supply has been slowly dying.
The serial number is 24M4177K01C62.
I don't recall whether it is the v1 or v2 model.
What do I do with it now? I presume it is out of warranty now.
Thanks.

When did you purchase it? The Duo has a 3 year warranty. - skurlowAspirantI just noticed the underside has v2 written. I am searching for the receipt now. :-)
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThat's not the way to tell which one you have. Have a read of http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
- skurlowAspirantok fair enough. i clicked on the release notes for raidator update and it says it is for the Sparc model so I think that means v1.
