Error creating new user
Hi, I am not able to create a new user in readyNAS 214. It gives me an error " invalid user or user ID" Screen shot attached How to resolve this issue.
Hi,
I specified the UID. When I chose automatic, I was able to create the user.
However i am facing a new problem. I am not able to login with created user on a client system. It gives the error invalid username/password

Have you tried accessing the admin using different browser and computer and then create a user? Is the NAS connected to a AD/domain?
